My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was just perfect, close to the Grand Palace and all important Wats, making it easy to explore Old Bangkok. Despite being a little out of the way for some, it was still in the heart of the shopping area, meeting all our needs. The rooms, however, had a mix of good views of the city and pool and bar areas but were not well-maintained, with various issues ranging from smelly carpets to torn lounges and dirty windows. The service was a bit of a letdown too, with some hiccups like running out of toilet paper and unnecessary hassle with cab services. The dining experience, on the other hand, was excellent, offering a variety of options and attentive staff. Overall, it was a mixed experience with both positives and negatives.
